Understanding linking rules for products and collections
Newest wins over oldest
In cases where multiple size charts are associated with a single product, the system prioritizes the most recently created size chart for display.
Example: If there are two size charts linked to product Z, only the latest created size chart will be displayed.
The same applies to a collection.
Example: If a product is linked to Collection A and Collection B, the product will display the latest size chart linked to either Collection A or Collection B.
Product wins over collection
The system gives precedence to product-specific size charts over collection-linked size charts.
Example: if a size chart is associated with a collection containing Product A, but Product A has its own dedicated size chart, the size chart linked directly to Product A will be the one shown.
